Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused moving equipment, such as blankets, dollies, or boxes, in their original containers and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.
Ship to Distribution Center
Send the items back to the New Haven regional distribution center specified by our support team using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
